Direct Deposit, Money Direct (Code AAA0), Credit Cards (Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa only) Credit Card service fee applies to the total dollar value paid by Credit or Charge Cards
- When will documents/vouchers received?
For most itineraries, i-xplore Xtra Value holidays are voucherless. I-xplore itinerary is effectively a "voucher" and is normally issued 2 weeks prior to departure.
- When are deposits due?
A non-refundable deposit of $165 per person is payable within 48 hours of invoice unless advised otherwise.
- When is full payment due?
Full payment is due 60 days prior to your clients' departure, or immediately upon confirmation if booking inside 60 days. Some special packages require full payment immediately.

- How long do confirmations take?
Time taken for confirmation varies. Rest assured we will contact the relevant hotel/tour operator/cruise company every day to chase confirmation.

- Can a day tour be booked on its own?
A minimum of 1 nights accommodation must be prebooked with i-xplore in order to book an i-xplore day tour.
